LAB

Picture
We conduct research at the intersection between occupational and public health, specializing in how diversity, (in)equity, and adversity shape worker and population well-being. We see the workplace as a key context in which we can address health disparities, particularly for aging, trauma-exposed, and marginalized workers and the communities they serve.

While they love teaching, research, and service, Shelly is also passionate about many things outside of work. They like to travel, hike, write, shoot film, and practice yoga. Shelly is also a big fan of various sports, music genres, baked goods, art forms, and humor in general (though they are only occasionally funny). If they weren't an I-O psychologist, they would be a poet.
